Unfortunately our web host has enforced a new, very restrictive limit on our hosting account. I'm currently trying to figure out a solution with them. Meanwhile, we'll probably keep seeing this error from time-to-time.
My apologies.
Time for a full hosted server.. I'm happy to donate, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
